RankFastReviews provides a review management platform that enables businesses to collect, monitor, respond to, and share customer reviews across multiple online platforms including Google, Facebook, and 20+ other integrations.
3. Free Trial
New users may access RankFastReviews on a 14-day free trial basis. No credit card is required to start your trial. At the end of the trial period, you may choose to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use RankFastReviews only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the platform to generate fake or misleading reviews. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
5. Review Solicitation
RankFastReviews provides tools to invite customers to leave genuine reviews. Users must comply with the review policies of all third-party platforms including Google and Facebook. Incentivizing reviews in violation of platform policies is strictly prohibited.
6. Privacy & Data
We take your data seriously. Customer contact information used for review invitations is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your customer data with third parties.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of RankFastReviews — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of Rank Fast Reviews and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
RankFastReviews shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform or any reviews collected through our service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you are found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
